I bought this as a birthday gift for a friend, I decided to order it early just in case it wouldn't come on time. The box came a bit tore up but the cup and straw were not broken. The cup glass is thick which I was happy about. I forgot when I ordered this but I would say it came pretty fast. Over all really good product!!
